We present the results of the contributions of the Leader Sim game to stimulating the executive planning, promoting the exercise of leadership and resource management. In order to evaluate the prototype, a trial was held with a group of 10 students from different undergraduate courses. Students interacted with the game and tested questions relating to usability, gameplay and pedagogical content in order to support the development process, producing a game that promotes player engagement and learning. The data was analysed through the records in the database linked to the game, making it possible to infer the contribution of this cultural artefact to the training of future professionals in this field.
