El papel de las redes sociales en la relación con el público interno de las organizaciones

Este artículo reflexiona sobre la introducción de las redes sociales en la comunicación interna de las organizaciones, centrándose en el análisis de su utilidad para la interacción formal y el desempeño de las tareas. Se estudió una empresa multinacional, que creó una red social interna y enfrenta resistencia en su adopción. Se analizaron las respuestas a la encuesta anual distribuida a los empleados y los datos primarios recopilados mediante observación directa. El objetivo del análisis fue comprender el grado de penetración de la red social en la organización, descubrir su importancia percibida e identificar los factores que influyeron en su implementación. Se desarrollaron algunas pautas sobre el proceso de cambio organizacional involucrado.
