Resumen

En este artículo se analizan los cambios que han estado ocurriendo en la educación desde la aparición de la Web 2.0. Las instituciones educativas han estado buscando nuevos modelos para sustituir a los modelos obsoletos e intensificando el cambio de enfoque de maestro a alumno. Los estudiantes son capaces actualmente de crear sus propios entornos de aprendizaje, en función de sus gustos e intereses a través de las redes que se crean y amplían continuamente en un proceso permanente. Las Instituciones educativas y los docentes deben ahora considerar nuevos roles para acompañar a un enfoque que deja el aula y la educación formal a la educación que se estructura de manera informal. Es en este escenario en el que se proponen los entornos de aprendizaje personalizados. Los blogs son muy importantes en estos ambientes y por ello se analizan. En este trabajo se presentan algunos ejemplos para ilustrar su importancia.
